Do you offer boarding services?

At Shultz K9 Enforcement Inc., we provide top-tier boarding services for your pets.

Our priority is to ensure that every pet enjoys a serene and comfortable stay. This includes ensuring they have access to delicious, nutritious meals, giving them plenty of exercise daily, and surrounding them with caring human companionship. A major benefit of boarding your pet with us is the constant access to veterinary care, ensuring their health and well-being are always looked after.  Please note: All dogs 4 months of age or older must be vaccinated against rabies by a licensed veterinarian before using our boarding services.

What does your dog boarding service include?

Our dog boarding service offers a comprehensive care package to ensure your dog is happy, healthy, and active during their stay. This includes:

  • Regular walks throughout the day. Hourly walks during normal hours of operation.
  • Constant access to fresh water
  • Use of our obstacle course
  • Accommodation in our executive pet suites
  • Combined boarding and training programs available*

Do you provide service dog training?

Yes, we do! Transform your dog into more than just a pet but a vital support system with our service dog training.

This program equips your dog with essential skills for aiding in daily tasks and ensures they can accompany you everywhere, giving you the freedom to travel globally without restrictions.

What is a correction?

A correction is a form of “positive punishment” aimed at modifying undesirable behaviors.

It can be either verbal, using your tone to express dissatisfaction, or physical, though never abusive. The purpose of corrections is to clearly communicate to your dog that their recent behavior is unacceptable.

Verbal corrections can be very effective for most dogs. Your dog will likely pick up on the tone of your voice and will likely show signs they understand you are not happy with them.

Are corrections necessary after training?

Even after training concludes, it’s crucial to continue applying corrections as needed.

This ongoing reinforcement helps prevent the regression to previous behaviors and solidifies the training. Maintaining corrections helps both the pet and owner feel more confident and capable in their roles, ensuring a lasting understanding of commands and expectations.
